All astrological predictions, analyses, reports, charts, and content generated by DiAstrologer are based on the classical Parashari system of Vedic astrology and are provided strictly for informational and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute and shall not be construed as professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other form of licensed advice. You must consult qualified professionals before making any important decisions regarding health, finances, legal matters, relationships, or mental well-being.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Outcomes
While planetary positions are computed using NASA JPL DE440 ephemeris with Lahiri (Chitrapaksha) ayanamsa, astrological interpretation remains a traditional art based on classical Sanskrit texts. DiAstrologer makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or outcome of any prediction or analysis. Results may vary based on the accuracy of birth data provided by the user.
3. Medical Astrology Disclaimer
The Health Analysis tool identifies traditional Vedic indicators of health tendencies as described in Parashari texts. It is NOT a medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment recommendation. DiAstrologer is not a healthcare provider. Never delay seeking medical advice, disregard medical advice, or discontinue medical treatment based on any information provided by this Service.
4. User Responsibility — Birth Data Accuracy
Vedic astrology is highly sensitive to accurate birth time, date, and location. An error of even a few minutes can significantly alter the Lagna (ascendant), divisional charts, Dasha periods, and all derived predictions. You are solely responsible for providing accurate birth data. DiAstrologer bears no liability for inaccurate results caused by incorrect, approximate, or unverified birth details.
5. No Liability for Decisions or Actions
DiAstrologer, its owners, operators, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or in connection with your use of or reliance on any content, prediction, analysis, or recommendation provided by the Service, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action.
6. Paid Services — No Refund on Generated Reports
Premium reports and paid analyses are computational products generated instantly upon request. Once a report has been generated, the transaction is final and non-refundable. By purchasing any paid service, you acknowledge that the digital content is delivered immediately and you waive any right to a cooling-off period or refund. Pricing is clearly displayed before purchase, and payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
7. Service Availability
DiAstrologer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability.
8. Classical Source
All rules are based exclusively on the Parashari system of Vedic astrology. We do not use Lal Kitab, KP System, BNN, Tajika, or Western astrology methods.
9. Governing Law
This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
