Terms of Service

1. Service Description

DiAstrologer provides Vedic astrology analysis tools based on the classical Parashari system using NASA JPL DE440 ephemeris calculations. The Service includes free tools and paid premium services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for providing accurate birth details (date, time, place). Incorrect, approximate, or unverified birth data will result in inaccurate charts and predictions. DiAstrologer bears no responsibility for results derived from inaccurate user-provided data. Important life decisions should not be based solely on astrological analysis.

4. Accuracy & Interpretation

Planetary calculations use NASA-grade ephemeris data with Lahiri ayanamsa. Predictions are generated from classical Parashari rules and should be treated as guidance, not certainty. Astrological analysis is interpretive in nature and we make no warranty of accuracy or outcome.

5. Payments & Pricing

a) Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, changes do not affect already completed transactions.

b) Payment Processing: Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service.

c) Payment Disputes: For payment-related issues, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 15 business days.

6. Refund Policy

All paid services are NON-REFUNDABLE once the report or analysis has been generated. Premium reports are digital products delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• The digital content is delivered immediately upon payment
• You expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive any cooling-off period
• Reports generated from incorrect birth data provided by you are not eligible for refund
• Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions is not grounds for refund

Exceptions: A refund may be considered only if (a) the system fails to generate the report due to a technical error on our end, or (b) a duplicate payment is charged. Such requests must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, source code, UI design, generated reports, and compiled databases are the exclusive property of DiAstrologer. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service. Generated reports are licensed for personal use only and may not be commercially redistributed.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or databases
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated reports
• Interfere with the Service's operation or impose unreasonable load
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or deceive others

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

a) The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

b) DiAstrologer, its owners, operators, developers, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

c) In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or INR 500, whichever is lower.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DiAstrologer, its owners, operators, developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability. We may terminate or restrict your access for violation of these Terms without refund or compensation.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

a) Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in India.

b) Jurisdiction: Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
